A sushi bar and a grill under one roof
Two kitchens work side by side in our dining room. On one side the wok and the hibachi grill turn out stir fries, noodles and teriyaki plates; on the other, the sushi bar cuts nigiri, sashimi and rolls to order. A single table can order from both, which makes it easy to feed a group that never agrees on one thing.
Prepared to order
Nothing waits under a heat lamp. Vegetables are cut the same day, rice is steamed in small batches and fish is portioned at the bar as the tickets come in. Ask what came in fresh that morning — the chef’s selection changes with the delivery.
Dine in or take out
Lunch runs quick if you are on a break, and the dining room stays open late enough for dinner after a long day. Everything on the menu travels well, so the same plate can go home with you.
